The Bijou is owned and operated by Michael Greco - after 30 years as the Executive Chef, stepping into ownership was an easy transition. With his experience, and the amazing talent shared within the kitchen, we hope you continue to enjoy the amazing food and experience you've had here - and if you haven't yet, we can't wait for you to join us. We add new menu items and drinks monthly to provide you with new tastes every visit.
